There are several places to rent bikes LVHD is decent and offers several types of bikes. As far as riding in Vegas

I would stay away from the Valley of Fire.. if you are on a sport bike.. a Cruiser would be ok the Rangers at the park and the Rangers at Lake Mead have no mercy for Sportbikes. Average price for a ticket for 10 to 15 over is around $700 any faster and your bike is impounded.

I would hit up Red Rock Loop and then head up to Mt Charleston If you have time left over hit the lake and then down to Willow Beach.
